I’ve been a fan of Bath & Body Works since my friend bought me a few products in the U.S. before the chain opened in Canada. So it was a no brainer to head to the Bath & Body Works Outlet at 1900 Eglinton Avenue East (at Pharmacy Avenue) to pick up a few stocking stuffers for Christmas.

The Bath and Body Works Outlet stocks all of their regular products and you can even find seasonal favourites such as Vanilla Bean Noel and Twisted Peppermint.

My all-time favourite fragrance, Brown Sugar and Fig Body Cream, which is only available during the holiday season, was on sale for $6.50 (regular $12.50)  while the Brown Sugar and Fig Body Lotion was on sale for $5 (regular $11).

I spotted these gift packages available for $21 featuring Sweet Pea Body Lotion, Sweet Pea Body Cream and Sweet Pea antiseptic pump soaps. If you were to purchase these products individually, it would cost you $33 so it was definitely a great deal.

The best deal hands-down was getting three shower gels for $10. I was able to pick up shower gels in Warm Vanilla Sugar, Paris Amour and Japanese Cherry Blossom, but there were several other scents available including Midnight Pomegranate and Moonlight Path. Each shower gel normally retails for $11. S-w-e-e-t ! !

Guest Bath: Before and After

Happy New Year! There will be posts all over blogland about New Year’s resolutions and setting goals and all of that productive stuff, but I didn’t feel like talking about that today, so how about a fun Before and After?   We can get organized and make resolutions later.  Actually I’m not much of a resolutions girl. Now that Christmas is over,  I can finally get around to showing all my rooms since we jumped right into the Holidays just as I was getting finished up.  My roommate, Rhonda, uses this bathroom and I got it looking good for her.  She loves it and I’m really proud of how it came out, especially since I didn’t gut it, but worked with what I had.  I will probably give it a new vanity one day, but for now, I’m totally happy with it. Here’s a reminder of where this bathroom started.  Pretty blah and uninspiring and it definitely needed a little repair and painting.
