Just a couple of blocks from the beach, the promenade, and downtown Seaside you can easily walk to all the fun nearby! Downtown Seaside has lots to do with plenty of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and activities. The Seaside Convention Center, which hosts many events and activities throughout the year, is a short 10 minute walk away.

With a large couch, chairs, and an electric fireplace the living room is a great place to relax. There's a 55-inch flat screen TV with cable, DVR, a DVD player, and stereo. The dining room table near the front door comfortably seats six people for a meal or to play games. A separate breakfast nook has a beautiful stained glass lighthouse piece and table with room for five people.

The kitchen is welcoming with white cabinets, ample counter tops, and plenty of light. It has all the amenities you need including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, espresso maker, crock pot, and toaster oven. The cabinets are well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare great meals. There is also a pantry to store food and any extras you bring with you.

The first main floor bedroom is off the living room with a queen size bed, bedside tables, a dresser & closet for your clothing. The entrance to the second bedroom is off the kitchen and also has a comfortable queen size bed, side tables, and armoire for your belongings. The shared full bathroom is green and relaxing with a tub and shower combination.

Between the first and second floors, there's another bathroom with a stand-up shower. Upstairs is another living area with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV where you can watch TV, or play one of the video gaming systems. There are two more bedrooms on this level, one has a double bed and the other has a twin over double bunk bed. Altogether, this home can sleep six people comfortably!

With an enclosed backyard for the kids to run around in it's easy to find yourself relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning, kicking back in the hot tub, or getting the BBQ going. There is also a side entrance that leads into the laundry/mudroom where you’ll find beach chairs, extra towels for the hot tub, you can brush off extra sand from the beach, or throw your wet clothes into the washer/dryer. This home is just two blocks from the beach which makes it easy to go for a long walk on the sand either south toward Tillamook Head or north to the mouth of the Necanicum river, rain or shine. On a sunny day head to the beach with beach chair and a book, build sandcastles with the kids, or fly a kite for a relaxing afternoon on the beach, or get an elephant ear and wander through town. On rainy days there is plenty to do as well. Play board games, watch movies, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace, play video games on one of the game systems, or make a pot of clam chowder at the house. Seaside is a popular tourist town, and for good reason! There are many activities, equipment rental companies, shops, restaurants, bars and an arcade all located right in town. You can watch the sunset over the Pacific, rent some kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, surfboards, or fishing equipment without having to even hop in the car.

Seaside is surrounded by stunning mountains and state parks, so getting into the outdoors is a favored activity. Hike around Ecola State Park just 10 miles south of this home, or head to Cannon Beach. Gearheart Ocean State Park and Del Rey Beach State Recreation Site are a couple of miles north where you'll find incredible views and places to lounge or hike. The entire coast is teeming with beautiful wildlife watching, and there's tons of history to learn about thanks to the Lewis and Clark trail!
