Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are light and spacious. Master Bedroom has a fully equipped bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in wardrobe. Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The second bed room has a double bed.

Bathrooms
The master room bathroom is a contemporary design styled. There is a Jacuzzi bath tub with a rain shower head, two vanity sinks, a towel heater.
The second bathroom is decorated with light modern tiles and is has a large cubical shower room with a rain shower head, and a vanity sink.

Living Area
The living area feels light and spacious with three tall windows opening on the historic Lycée Masséna built under Napoléon 1st. In the double living room, two large and comfortable sofa beds means you can enjoy the watching the 40 inch HD LED screen with DVD/Blue-Ray surround sound system. The living area is furnished in a contemporary and modern style with with modern furniture in black and white giving it that chic minimal feel. A design dining table for 6 connects living room to dining room and kitchen.

Kitchen
A kitchen with all modern conveniences is at your disposal. Equipment includes 4 ring induction hob with touch buttons, combination oven/ grill, large fridge/ freezer, , dishwasher. A microwave oven, toast machine, kettle, coffee machine and a variety of kitchen utensils are also provided.

Idealy located in heart of town :
200 meters : Old town, restaurants, pubs and traditional shops, the famous Fenocchio ice cream
300 meters : Place Massena, avenue Jean Medecin, pedestrian shopping street of Nice, Cours saleya fruit, vegetable, flower and antique market
