Aquatica Thermostatic Shower Mixer with shower set

Shower mixer made in Italy. Separate knobs for setting temperature and for flow rate. Chrome finish. Intended for mains pressure water supply. Mixer unit to be built into wall. Has second output option, but no changeover switch. Isolator valves built into the unit. Quick-acting thermostat regulates the temperature of the shower.

Shower set is Xera minimalistic multispray handshower set, distributed by Aquatica. Chrome finish. Comes with soap dish for mounting on the vertical bar. Wall elbow. Metal hose.

Both items purchased more than 10 years ago for a new house that was never built. Now it's time for a cleanout before the next move, probably to a retirement home. They have never been installed or used, and are in original packaging. The packaging does show clear signs of having been stored in a shed for the last 10 years.

Happy New Year! I know that there’s no sane person in the world who’ll turn down a gift, but I’m always particularly happy whenever I receive a package from Crabtree & Evelyn. In fact, I’m always secretly hoping for a heavy package – why? Because then it means that there’s a shower gel inside .
