Deputies arrested a man suspected of prowling through a couple's house in Valley Center and sneaking into their shower Friday, exposing himself to the woman who lives there. Just after 11:35 a.m., Jerald Wayne Harris went into an elderly couples' house on Valley Center Road , near Lake Wohlford Road . According to the San Diego County Sheriff 's Department, the couple did not know Harris or permit him to enter their home. The husband was right outside, working inside his shop. When the wife returned home , she heard water running from the main floor shower , said deputies. Once she went into the bathroom, the shower door swung open , and Harris stood there naked, staring at her. She ran out of the room, screaming for her husband. Deputies said the couple returned to the bathroom after that, but Harris had already fled. Soon after that, the wife realized her watch had been stolen. SAN DIEGO (AP) — San Diego County authorities say a wanted parolee has been arrested after he turned up naked in a woman's shower. Sheriff's officials say a Valley Center woman came home Friday morning and heard the shower running . When she investigated, the shower door swung open and there was the naked intruder . The woman ran away, screaming for her husband, who was in a workshop outside. Authorities say by the time the couple returned to the bathroom, the man was gone and the woman's watch had been stolen. She ran outside, spotted the man — who was now dressed — and followed him until sheriff's deputies arrested him. Authorities say 47-year-old Jerald Harris is a convicted burglar wanted for eluding parole supervision . They say the woman's watch was found in his pocket.
